Badreddine Rebaine, PT
Badr graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, before completing his Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa.
Badr's approach to rehab and recovery focuses on getting clients moving as early and as much as possible. He combines his knowledge of manual therapy and exercise prescription to help clients regain function after surgery, recover from injuries and manage chronic pain.
Badr takes a special interest in sports injuries, as he has experience training and rehabilitating athletes of all levels. He also works closely with clients dealing with chronic pain to help them get back to doing the things they enjoy.
Christal Blanchard, RMT, CCAMA
Christal has always been an outdoor enthusiast and advocate for healthy living. Combining this with a passion for proactive healthcare and a whole body wellness approach she has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2008. Having received the Valedictorian Award from a 2500 hour intensive Massage Therapy program at Kiné-Concept Institute Ontario, she has since gone on to complete a Medical Acupuncture program with McMaster University and a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher Training at Kailash Tribal School in India.
Dr. Rucha Rege, ND, BSc (Hons)
Dr. Rucha Rege, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor practicing in Ottawa. She graduated from the Doctor of Naturopathy program from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, after completing her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph. Her desire to be a part of a profession that strives to provide the best possible health care for the public is what attracted her to naturopathic medicine. Dr. Rege practices with the concept of docere, which means "doctor as teacher", empowering her patients to take control of their own health so that long-term, sustainable healthcare is achieved. She collaborates with her patients to create simple yet powerful treatment plans that address the root cause of disease, believing that building a strong foundation is key to achieving long-term wellbeing.
J.M. Claire Sales, MSW, RSW, Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Claire is passionate about assisting individuals in achieving and maintaining good mental health habits, improve their relationships and find balance in their lives. Claire has been providing individual counselling and psychotherapy in both English and French to adults and adolescents since 2010.
Claire's areas of expertise include management of anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, difficult life transitions, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.
Claire received a Master's of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Major in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Claire offers a supportive, non-judgemental approach and evidence-based techniques to help individuals meet their goals. She participates enthusiastically in ongoing professional development in psychotherapy and has also completed a yoga teacher training program.
Dr. Jodi Lesage, BA, DC
Jodi graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2002. Her gentle approach is effective for people seeking better health or relief from pain and discomfort. She especially enjoys working with pregnant women and over the years has helped many women enjoy a healthier and more comfortable pregnancy, labour and birth. She utilizes Webster's Technique to assist mothers with breech babies and is also a trained doula.
Genevieve Roy, Registered Psychotherapist, RP, M.A.CCC
Certified from the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
I believe in people's self-accomplishment and their ability to create and to maintain meaningful and harmonious relations. However, at times we might need help and support to develop these relationships. I work with an integrated existential approach with individuals, couples and families in english and french.
